Here’s a proven back linking strategy you can use to improve your Google rank.
There are 3 ways to find websites that WANT to link to us.
1. Find them in Google
2. Find who links to those guys
3. Niche related ‘best of’ lists
Step 1:
We can use Google to find them because sites that show up are popular and respected.
Search for BROAD keywords in your niche and not commercial ones.
Commercial keywords include; buy, cheap, training, course.
Instead search for ‘informational’ keywords that bring back results from blogs and news sites.
Make a list of the top link creators, then rinse and repeat until you find 10 potential sites.
Step 2:
See who links to the sites you found in step 1.
It’s a good idea to find out who these are because if they already link to relevant content they are a perfect match for you.
Take the sites you found in step 1 and put it into a link analysis tool and that will show you which sites are linking.
Now make a list of 10 sites that seem like a good fit.
Step 3:
Witch ‘best of’ lists most of the hard work has already been done for you.
