in today’s video, I am going to show you how to use the link building tool of semrush seo tool to outreach and build awesome backlinks.
If you go on your semrush left bar click on link building tool and then you should have your projects there.
Once you see your project click on it and update the database. This will compare all the websites online with your content and niche and will give you a list of the websites that are more likely to acquire backlinks because you have the same kind of content.
The tab where you can see all the websites that you can try to reach out for a backlink is under, prospects, once the list is updated you can visit the website or just click on the plus sign if you think that is a good backlink to acquire.
The domain score columns are something similar to the MOZ domain authority and the rating column is going to tell you how good it is to get a link from there.
Once the websites are added, you can even add all of them but it is not recommended since your email then will go into spam, you can then go to the in-progress tab and send them a message.
I highly suggest you connect your Gmail account to it so you will be able to send messages from semrush via your Gmail and even see if they opened the email or replied from semrush.
This tool is automatically finding the website owner email. All you have to do is to create an efficient template and put a check on the email of the website owner.
