If you’ve never heard of HARO, it stands for “Help a Reporter Out” and can be a great way to get media mentions, PR and backlinks.

How does HARO work? It’s pretty simple really. You get on their email list, and you’ll get daily emails from reporters and journalists who are looking for experts and sources to cite in their articles. You submit responses, and if you’re lucky? You get included, and usually get a link back to your site! Simple as that, well mostly. Watch the video.
