According to an Econsultancy review in July 2012, 52% of respondents agree that, “the ability to personalise web content is fundamental to their online strategy”. In this webinar we’ll expand on the opportunities personalisation offers for today’s marketer and look at examples of how QuBit delivers 20% increases in conversion for our clients.
We will show you what personalisation really means for the marketer, moving beyond the now standard Amazon pioneered product recommendation engine. We will show you how to create thousands of unique variations of your site perfectly matched to different groups of people, each in need of different information before purchase, to drive double-digit uplifts. This could be in the form of new content, offers, promotional messages, extra product information, layout, theme or other widgets.
Just as important as what you’re serving, is why you’re serving it – the real questions behind successful personalisation are built on powerful consumer insights. In the webinar we’ll address this point, talking about the best way to structure your data and prepare for personalisation.
Outline:
A brief history of personalisation
Adding structure: which data should you collect and how should you collect it
Discovering useful insights: which segments are you looking for
Delivering personalisations: a new workflow for the 21st century marketer
