Internal linking or interlinking creates a better user experience because users can navigate your site through easy to follow links. Interlinking can include breadcrumbs, a way for users to view how they navigated to that page and how to return to a previous page with ease.
What is a backlink? Backlinks are links from other websites to your site. If valuable, these can show Google that you are a reputable website. However, not all backlinks are equally valuable. Some, link blog comments, do not create the same credibility as a link from a relevant website.
